Concorde was founded in 1998 by B S Shivarama and R Gopal Reddy, and its homes and plots now sit across several corridors of Bengaluru and beyond. The multi-format record matters for a plot buyer: a developer that has built apartments, villas and plots has delivered roads, drains, clubhouses and landscaping at several scales. In an ETRealty interview published on 13 May 2026, Concorde's managing director said plotted projects continue to see steady demand and that Concorde wants to "slightly increase plotted development", which is one reason plots feature in its plans.

Concorde's Plotted Layouts

Concorde's plotted layouts are listed below as past projects, with the facts Concorde states on its own website and the K-RERA registration numbers as filed. None of them is Concorde Doddaballapur.

Scale varies a great deal across the six: Northwoods is under 16 acres and Opus One is 110. Hillcrest, at 56.5 acres and 731 plots, is the large plotted layout on the northern side of Bengaluru, and Concorde states a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse, 60-plus amenities and 16 themed parks there. For Opus One, ask Concorde which K-RERA registration covers it.

Concorde publishes a specification list for its plotted layouts, and the Hillcrest and Northwoods lists include underground electrical cables, asphalted roads with kerbs and walkways, street lights, rainwater harvesting and a compound wall or fencing. Hillcrest adds underground sewage, piped water to each plot, a primary water treatment plant and themed parks, where Northwoods lists a sanitary line and a water supply provision for each plot and landscaped parks. These are Concorde's statements about those two layouts, and the amenities page sets them out by name. Concorde publishes no per-sq-ft prices or road widths for any layout.

How Concorde Files Its Projects

Concorde registers its projects with K-RERA through separate promoter companies, and the name on the filing is not always "Concorde Group". Knowing this saves time when you search the register and when you read a sale agreement.

When you check a Concorde registration, search by the project name and by the promoter entity, match the promoter on the filing with the name on your sale agreement, and read the filed completion date. Scale and Delivery at a Glance

Read the six layouts in three bands. Opus One at 110 acres and Hillcrest at 56.5 acres are the large communities. Equity at 24.5 acres, Elements of Earth at 19.32 acres and Opus Two at 16.75 acres are mid-sized layouts, and Northwoods at 15.9 acres is the most compact. Clubhouses run from 4,800 sq ft at Northwoods to the 60,000 sq ft that Concorde states for both Opus One and Opus Two, so the clubhouse is a question to ask layout by layout.

On delivery, Concorde lists Opus One, Opus Two, Elements of Earth and Equity as completed (Equity's Phase II was registered only on 16 December 2025, so ask which phases are handed over), Hillcrest has been released in three phases with Phase III registered on 30 September 2025, and Northwoods is under construction with completion due in February 2028. That mix of finished and running layouts is what a plot buyer can inspect: walk a completed layout such as Elements of Earth to see how the roads and landscaping have matured, and compare a running layout's progress with the completion date on its filing.

What to Ask Concorde About a Plotted Layout

Whatever the layout, a few questions separate a clear answer from a vague one. Ask for the K-RERA registration and the promoter entity behind it. Ask for the sanctioned layout plan with plot numbers and dimensions. Ask who builds and maintains the roads, drains and treatment plant, and which parts pass to the local body after handover. Ask when the clubhouse is due compared with the first plot handover. Put each answer in writing before you pay a token amount.

Concorde's Nearest Plotted Layout

Concorde's plotted layouts sit on NH 44 (near Devanahalli, as Concorde places it), at Malur, at Hubballi and on Kanakapura Main Road, and none is at Doddaballapura. The layout on the same northern side of Bengaluru is Hillcrest, on the Chikkaballapur side of NH 44. For orientation, Devanahalli is about 22.3 km by road from Doddaballapura town centre (the bus stand), and Chikkaballapura is about 29.6 km. These are distances from the town centre, because Concorde has not announced a parcel.

The practical use is simple: Hillcrest is the Concorde plotted layout on the north side of Bengaluru, so it is the one to visit if you want to see Concorde's roads, parks and clubhouse for yourself before the company announces anything here.
